I hate to do this esp. b/c I like their blueberry buttermilk pancakes but after the last two visits, I have to update my initial review from April 2015. The service is friendly but the food is going down hill and quickly.... On Saturday August 22, my boyfriend and I went for breakfast as I had had a terrible experience at a restaurant in Paducah and wanted to get my taste for good pancakes back! The pancakes were good and full of tasty blueberries but the fruit cup was sad at best- not full of deliciousness like it used to be and the strawberries were moldy...., the 2 poached eggs were tiny- the smallest eggs I've ever seen- I know that the cost of eggs has skyrocketed but come on. Next time I have a craving and a coupon, I guess I'll just order the pancakes and skip the rest.......

This Denny's is connected to a truck stop and it was pretty busy at 8 p.m. on a Friday night. It was the last stop before we reached our hotel and I was too tired to eat much. I had the loaded cheese fries and only ate a few. This was partly because I was tired and partly because the fries were a tad overcooked. However, my companion enjoyed his meal (though I forget what it was). The restroom left something to be desired.

Good service, that's about it. The food is TERRIBLE. I am very easy to please, not picky at all with food, but this experience was simply abysmal. I ordered the bacon avacado burger, something I've ordered before at other Dennys locations. I was looking forward to having it because it truly blew me away at a different Dennys (Nebraska, I think), it was so juicy and full of flavor, with generous amount of fresh avacado slices. This time, however, when the burger was set in front of me, my jaw just dropped. And not in a good way. The burger patty was all dry, there was half a piece of bacon and a single slice of avacado, smeared on the soggy bun. Not sure why the bun was soggy. It was disgusting and flavorless, but I ate it anyway since I was starving. Shouldn't have. On my way out I passed by the hot food case in the flying J, and found myself wishing I had just picked up something from there. Would have been much tastier. Avoid this dennys if possible.

Denny's os connected to a truck stop. The food is ok but not a place I would go regularly. I think its the 1st time in a couple of years. Nothing special... If u want a quick bite to eat and just some food to swallow. This is your place.

Excellent staff, I'm here sitting out winter storm "Thor" and everyone is extremely pleasant. I'm happy to be here. Had the Salmon dinner.

This is one of the best Denny's that I have eaten in. We came on a very busy Sunday morning and were served a piping hot omelet with all the trimmings. I have to believe that the quality of this store is directly correlated to the manager. He was constantly moving and addressing situations. Kudos

Not a big fan of Denny's in general. But this one is always clean, with fast friendly service. They get pretty busy during PT hours due to all the military.

I never thought I'd say this about a Denny's. At a truck stop. In Kentucky. Or ever really, since I associate the chain with things like "the middle of the night," "grease," and "being drunk," but somehow...somehow it's really good. I've been here three times now, and the food tastes clean, well-cooked, and fresh. You can get veggie burgers for beet's sake! When did that happen? The eggs are fluffy, the oatmeal is thick, the vegetable sides are crisp. Dude. It's never been that tasty in CA. The service is great too. The waitresses are total sweethearts and the plates come out quick.

I've been to a couple other Denny's restaurants at truck stops, and the experience is usually not good. This location, however, was quite the contrary. The place was clean, and the service was pleasant. I ordered the blueberry pancake breakfast with whole wheat pancakes, sugar-free syrup, egg whites, turkey beacon, and grits. I'm not going say my meal was healthy, but it was nice to see Denny's providing healthier alternatives. Furthermore, everything tasted fantastic. Also, they have free wifi and a few tv's. The wifi speed is just below 1 Mbps, which is about average for free wifi hotspots. There are 2 SSIDs named "Denny's" and "Dennys". I was not able to connect to the one containing the apostrophe, but the one without the apostrophe connected right away. If you're hesitant to eat at a truck-stop Denny's, I don't blame you, but you have nothing to worry about at this location.

Went there for a free birthday grand slam with my family. Waitress took our order, but then came back because she apparently only half listened to my husband's order. Retold her what he wanted. She brought drinks, mine being a coffee, but we had no silverware for me to stir in my sugar and cream. We told two people we needed it, but it still took 15 minutes to get silverware. Waited and waited for food and people were getting served ahead of us. Food finally arrives cold. Pancakes only half cooked. My husband asked the waitress how long the food had been sitting back there. Her answer? "I don't know." In the end, our whole meal was free, but we won't return.

So, today was the second time I visited this particular restaurant. Typically I am a huge fan of Denny's menu. However, the service from their personnel has proved to be rude and slow as if were an inconvenience to them. I came back hoping that the substandard service was just that day. They were probably about 10 tables occupied and the rest of the place was empty and for some reason they had a hard time to get us sited with 0 wait time. The order for drinks came after 10 minutes. We order one plate ahead for my daughter while we selected our meals to order. The first order came fairly quick but the actual meal took over 40 minutes and we decided to leave. Almost 1 hour and we did not have our food still. This time, the manager took care of the meal, but last time I was not so lucky. They take for ever to even bring the bill. We like Denny's but this particular one needs an employee attitude overhaul. I do not see us going back or recommending it

I love going to Denny's! I usually get the chicken loaded potato skillet and it's A M A Z I N G ! I always ask for Bryan, he's an awesome waiter there. Very polite and aiming to give you an awesome dining experience. Ask for him, he's awesome! He will make sure you're taken care of, and of course take care of him too! An awesome place to have breakfast for sure!

Awesome, found some plastic in my chicken noodle soup. Trying to figure out what vitamins i'm lacking on that I need plastic. The Manager was nice as he did not charge me for the dinner. These things happen.
